Default Locks, sometimes open, sometimes not

I have searched the forum (probably not using the right terms) I've gone thru the manual and I still can't find the answer.
So I come to you all.
At times when turning off CEC and open the drivers door, all the locks open, other times they don't. Is this a sync thing or am I just going crazy ?
I appreciate any help (or a confirmed diagnosis that I am crazy!)

I am not 100% sure, but I figured on mine that if you only unlock the driver's door when you get in, just the driver's door will unlock when you get out. If you click the unlock button on the remote twice which unlocks all the doors, all the doors will unlock when you get out.

There's a post on here somewhere...I think if you hold down the lock and unlock buttons together on your fob for about 10 seconds it will open everything on the first click. I did it on mine, very handy.

Does it have anything to do with whether you unlock the doors during the drive home? For example, you unlock going thru the Drive thru to have them put a case of beverage in the back ?
