Those are so freaking sweet dude. What will be the price after this initial buy? If the good Lord is willing and the creeks don't rise, I should be picking up an SRT within the next month/month and a half. Meanwhile, I can only dream because these things are MINT!

Jonny, you know this question had to come up sooner or later....since you have both, how much do the new skirts weigh compared to the factory?

The skirts u see above are made off of the orginals so they are heavier, the molded skirts will probably weigh about the same maybe a little more as in a pound or two nothing you would have to go out and get another tune to compensate for lol

 

Do you mean re-finished AMG v. Stock Crossfire or Stock AMG v. re-finished AMG???

 

Now I am confused.... The skirt prototype is a combo of a stock skirt, slk32 and fiberglass. The finished product will be pretty light and flexible

 

I might have missed and didn't read all of the other thread. Is the car being fitted with the side skirt been lowered already?

It looks great though. I'm just curious what it would look like on the stock height.

 

My Crossfire is stock in front slightly lower in the rear 1/2".

 

How much did you take off the rear springs? 1/2, 3/4 or 1 coil? It looks just about right to me. Also do you have spacers in the rear?

Okay Jon, that makes sense. I wasnt too worried about a new tune, just if there was much of a weight diff. (maybe I'll take the tire repair kit out to compensate.... )

Cant wait to get these on the Aero. They will look fantastic.

No shipping is an extra $85-$110 painting will have to be done at a local shop we have decided we are not going to paint these sorry.
