How do you tell a limited from a base?
No, the base is only available in black, and has no silver trim, or fog lights and only comes in cloth seats. There are a lot more differences, but these are the cosmetic differences.

There was also the red roadster that was just about the same but
came with SRT like wheels & had black window trim.
Same as base cloth no fogs cheap raido.

One of the Chicagoland members actually has one of those ^^^. its a SE edition because its a base but it has fancy wheels.
So if I'm looking for a limited, I look for non-black color, silver window trim, fog-lights, and leather seats and this guarantees its a limited?

Also, the "base" trim was introduced in 2005. Any 2004 is a "limited".
If you see a black car with silver windshield trim, silver door handles, silver side stakes, it's a limited.
If you see a black car with black windshield trim, black door handles, black side stakes, it's a base trim. Also the ***** on the radio are black in these base cars.
If you see a red convertible with black stakes, handles, windshield, and SRT wheels, it's a "special edition" roadster, which is basically a red base convertible with SRT wheels.
If you see a car that is not red or black, it is either a limited or an SRT-6.

Fireamx pretty much summed it up, more so the ability to make the passenger **** their pants with the push of the warp speed button!!
(Really!)
In terms of features, it is supercharged.. "rated" at 330 HP, AMG supercharger // AMG parts... It has a stiffer suspension and bigger brakes. It has different wheels, and a large, fixed spoiler on the back.
The inside it has "alcantara" leather seats, kind of like a fancy suede. Has all the features of a limited except a few SRT badges / emblems/ embroideries..
