Hi,

isn´t a big deal to catch an V8 engine from Mercedes M113 series, an transmission, rotor shaft, differential and exhaust, but the biggest point on the whole story is to fit the electric and software!

So if you will spend time and money like me or lantanta so try your way. Im sorry, can´t get you any paperwork to solve all points you will had in this project.

regards V8 Max

Talking Crossfire 55 AMG V8

Hi all,

Today I order new front caliper and front disc from a C55 AMG that will fit on Crossfire, because right now my CLK55 AMG brakes are done. So if anyone want my front caliper get me a note.

regards V8 Max .

Doc, you would need to go to the 345mm rotor used on the C32 or C55 to use these.... a very nice upgrade though.....

Nope, the CLK55 AMG W208 calipers will don´t work with your stock disc, you need different disc.

regards V8 Max.

Hi all,

the work is done! On saturday I fixed the C55 caliper and 345 mm drilled Mercedes AMG disc in the front, 300mm drilled disc in back, FERODO DS PERFORMANCE pads all around, Goodridge brake line hoses all around.

The new stuff works very well on my car! In the next few days I will upload some picture.

Now I had two calipers from CLK55 AMG to sell, if any want give me a note.

regards V8 Max.
