Taking the headlamp apart will be a lot of work. I used a pipe cleaner (fuzzy wire) inserted through the standing light hole (top outside corner) to remove a spider web from one of my headlamps and I hooked up a shop vac hose to the same hole to suck out any residual debris. Careful to round out the end of the pipe cleaner so you don't scratch the inside of the lens. Hope this helps?

Yes, much easier if you remove the headlight first. Good luck!

There's 2 more bolts in the bottom, remove the fog light splash shield to get get at 'em. Also, best to undue the bumper cover at the corner too and remove the grill. This way you can manipulate the headlamp to remove it without removing the bumper cover completely. Coincidently, gonna pop new headlamps in Beaner's car this afternoon!
