Floor Mats
Oh dear,
Floor mats are standard
They even have the neat buttons that attach to the floor to prevent slipping.
When attached properly, they blend into the interior so check it again, you might have just mistaken the floor mat for the floor.

No kidding, that's obviously what happend to me. I live in Washington though and the dealer I bought from was in California. (By their name is Wallitis Motors, Quincy California) I got mine for MSRP 34,495 without the ridiculous mark-up I've been seeing lately.
Right on. I called all over the damn country, used www.autotrader.com to search for the car. Every time I called on an MSRP listing they would say, "Oh, no, that is wrong, we will have to get that fixed." Not sure of the laws on that though.
You know, I would expect dealer prep to include putting the floor mats on for the customer.
My dealer went through the car with a fine tooth comb. They did a complete undercarriage inspection with a UV lamp and those yellow goggles. It looked like an episode out of CSI!
Apparently the factory fluids contain an indicator which will glow under the lamp so that they could detect any fluid leaks and tell them apart from joint lubrication.
That's how they found my air-conditioning o-ring problem before I even drove off. (Well, they thought it was another part as they found that before receiving the rapid transmittal, so they replaced 2 things)
That's where I got my first tour under my new car.

Yep, that is pretty poor service if they cannot even put on your floor mats. I wish mine had looked at it under the lights to check for that o'ring issue--because that came back to haunt me later. What was the other issue they resolved for you??
Right Texex, in fact that was a known thing before we stumbled into that little BAS/ESP "bug".
They found it but they had the wait for the part and they didn't want me to be deprived of taking the Crossfire to a July 4 parade, so I rolled the car out the same day.
The BAS/ESP "bug" was a totaly team effort between my dealership and Chrysler. They licked it and now the car works perfectly.
