I have been told by my dealer that they will get one demonstrator in October which they can't sell and then customer deliveries start from November but if you ring the dedicated crossfire number they are saying October for customer delivery??

Has anyone been Given any more specific timescales for UK Delivery yet?

 

If you placed a deposit last year or start of this year your car should arrive with the dealers demonstrator due in at end of October.
I was told this in February when the dealer wanted confirmation of colour,g'box and interior as they wanted to order both at once due to UK limit of 600 this year.
They also said demonstator would not be for sale until they were guaranteed a replacement.

Thats good news, I placed my order November 2002.

 

Had a call from dealer today to say dealership no longer Chrysler-Jeep
now known as Olds Motor Company.
Delivery of x-fire will now be in November poss 2 weeks after they get their one.
WHY?
no answer.
Sounds like were in for the same shi! over here as in US even though the car has now been in production for 5 months and many of us placed deposits last year. ��500,000 in the bank for Chrysler?
Let's hope they're ironing out any flaws as mentioned in reviews and some posts.

 

Dealer was staright with me and expected no delivery before Nov 03, possibly the demo car at very end of october
