You have to remember the TT is an Audi (Quality), The Z has a reputation as a great sports car. the Crossfire on the other hand has no history and -Chrysler - not know for quality product. So people tend to look for the flaws a little harder. I have had many cars, Jaguar, Austin Healey, MG, the Crossfire is fun to drive. Doesn't have as much power. Maybe not the "finest quality interior," but it beats the others hands down in looks and driving fun. It looks & feels like a sports car. That's my opinion. 8) 8) 8)

Just got my Crossfire and was impressed by the low end power and great handling. The car is fun to drive through the winding country roads. The chrysler 300m has more horsepower but the crossfire is a second faster from 0-60 and in the 1/4 mile. The car is a step up for chrysler. You have to first compare the car to what chrysler made in the past.Money is tight at chrysler so the older mercedes drive line was put in to save money. They didn't have to spend money designing a new engine, trans, suspension, etc.Just be lucky they came out with the car and you have something unique to drive.I don't plan on getting in any drag races in the future so the power is fine.Magazines need something to complain about to fill pages.

I just traded my 2001 Prowler Mulholand Edition (2300 miles) in on a new Crossfire. It is faster both 1/4 mile and top end, smoother, handles much better, stops better and is much more practical than the Prowler. It even gets as many thumbs up!!!! I would have liked to seen the seats more comfortable, but you can't have it all for $35000. I can always have the seats reworked later. All in all I think it is a great car for the money. As far as speed goes I got a ticket 2 days after taking delivery. I got slowed down to 78 on the freeway in Ohio posted at 65 before they for the radar locked on. The Prowler doesn't feel good above 80 and the Crossfire feels like you are on rails at any speed.
