Personalized License Plates
Re: vanity plates
Given the general demo at which the Crossfire is aimed, I suspect there are quite a few Stones fans out here, myself included. However, that particular song isn't really one of my favorites. Not to mention that it just seems a bit too obvious.
I was thinking more along the lines of STRNDED, since I happen to be a Stevie Ray fan.
Cheers,
Greg

Re: Personalized License Plates
Not into paying the extra funds every year to have a custom plate. I didn't mind paying the extra cost "up front" to get the plate, but the process for renewal every year was the same whether I had a custom plate or a standard plate. After all, a renewal sticker & registration is no different for either plate style.
But when I was into custom plates back while living in NC (NC allowed up to 8 characters), I had these:
1985 Mercury Cougar XR-7, 2.3L Turbo: THNDRCAT
1986 Merkur XR4Ti, White w/Charcoal Body Cladding & Bi-Wing: WHYTLYTN

2004 Coupe bought in 2011 with 24,000 miles. Now has 29,000+... yeah, it's a Sunday driver. Just retired from the AOV division of the FAA. A guy in the office begged me to transfer this plate to him. Note the Magnaflow exhaust. Sounds cool for short drives, but will drive you nuts on longer ones.

Re: Personalized License Plates
CRUZ ZIN is what I chose
Re: Personalized License Plates
Hi, My name is Kat and I am new to this forum, my husband and I currently own 2 SRT6 Limited editions, 1 is a convertible and the other a coupe- both 2005. My vanity plate is CRUZ ZIN and we just purchased the coupe and haven't decided on that plate yet, although I think his should say 2nd best LOL. I love my convertible, with the top layed back and the sun shine shining! Sweet little cars to say the least. I have just started reading this forum and have found it to be very interesting and informative. Winter time now so no playing for now but I am wanting to fix my cup holder, not really sure if it will really hold anything but it is annoying being open as apparently my tab is broken already have it ordered! Love some of the ideas and customization that you all have shared.
