All right, I have had my car for about six months and it is long past time to give him a "name". Continuing to call it "The Crossfire" just isn't going to cut it anymore.

I am wondering what kind of name all-ya-all are calling your car?

I am a chick, so clearly, I need to give my sexy red car a male name (the alternative just wouldn't suit me!). Please tell me your car's name! Inspiration is sorely needed!

My wife named our SRT6 "Chuck".

 

"MI PATIN", Spanish for "MY SKATEBOARD" on my plates (long story behind it) .

 

"Blue Velvet".....Named after the extremely weird 1986 David Lynch film and the old 60's song by Bobby Vinton.......

Lol well for you, since your a woman and it's a red car... i dunnoo... maybe Zigor? means "punishment" and for some unknown reason makes me think red... uhhmm or maybe something less personified likeee the red rocket? lol... best way to name it is to decide what your favorite feature about the car is, and then think of adjectives that describe this and either stick them with a name or a noun that is similar to your car or think of a name that incorporates that quality....

I usually just use pronouns for my car, like hun, sweetie, and babe, but i also sometimes call it "Lady Mercedy"...

p.s., Your the third person i know named Cat!! I thought it would be fairly uncommon

My granddaughters named my '07 black coupe THE BATMOBILE. How about calling your red baby HOT DOG?

 

I named mine after one of the most beautiful European women I knew when I was growing up-Bridgette, but I pronounce her with a German accent (lol)

My daughter calls my coupe "ball cap". She says the side profile is a ball cap. To me its simply "THE Car".

 

Named mine "Selene" after the hot vampire chick Kate Beckinsale plays in the underworld movies - vanity plate is "VMPYRE" too.

Blue velvet is one of my favorite flicks - not a great first date movie though LOL
