Default Luggage

Help me out here. I'm a newbie and have been told that luggage was to be included with my new Crossfire that fits in the rear deck area. Any truth to this?

As crossfiretech says, it is REALLY nice luggage. Takes about 10 or so days to arrive at your home.

My luggage took about 6 weeks to arrive, but did show up FedEx. Hang in there and make sure your dealer turned in the paperwork for those still waiting.

Going to Australia in 2 weeks on my Honeymoon, and the Crossfire luggage is going on the plane with me. Let's see if the Aussies know the Crossfire.

My luggage camein about 10 days by Fedex. It is nice stuff and fits very well. We took a roadtrip and packed all 3 bags just to see how well they would fit. It also will work as carry on luggage for air travel I got a few comments on my last trip

My dealer told me that I would receive a letter/post card from Chrysler for the details on where to send my luggage. Is this correct? Or is my dealer supposed to fill out something special and is not aware of it.

I think Chrysler does it when the dealer reports the sale. I didn't do anything and my Dealer didn't say anything bour luggage. I saw it on this web site and my luggage just showed up about 3 weeks after I got the car.

When I bought my car, my dealer had just received a sample of each of the pieces and was supposed to put the sample luggage on display with the car. He told me that I would receive my luggage FedEx delivery from Chrysler within a few weeks, at my home address, which he said would be triggered by my purchase information being processed by Chrysler. About two weeks later it showed up, automatically.

When I bought my xfire I told the dealer I just wanted the luggage that came with the car and that I was just going to resell the car.Mine came by Fedex in about two weeks after I bought the car the manager didn't even know about the luggage so I guess after he turned In the paperwork Chrysler took care of It.

Default Dealer Came Through

My dealer went and secured the luggage themselves from the manufacturer since Chrysler wouldn't supply the luggage with my car. They claimed that the car was titled before me so the car was Used. Since the dealer never really stated that the luggage would not come with the car, they pursued it and got it to me.

I ordered the x-fire this week (SSB/ dark slate gray), will be delivered in december.
Asked about the luggage, but they had no info here at the dealer in germany.

So I contacted the German DaimlerChrysler Customer Care Center in Berlin about that. They replied that there is no luggage included when the car is ordered in germany.

And up to now, it is even not possible to order it as accessoires!

Bad luck!

Sorry to hear that..... I just used mine on a weekend outing with my Bride and it holds a bunch and fits in the "trunk" very nicely.
