Just had the rough idle symptoms, took it to the dealership- couldn't find anything wrong.

Getting on the interstate after leaving the dealership at the red light- rough idle- thank goodness.

Turn around, tell them there is a problem just did it, can keep the car to trouble shoot.

They call back said it is the EGR Valve, have to order it- be ready tomorrow. Should I be concerned about anything else?

I have never had rough idle with this car prior, 24,500 miles.
