Default Idle Issues

I recently installed Needswings Pulleys, DCAI, Intake manifolds, larger intercooler, new plugs and wires, catch can, and had it tuned. The issue I am having now is that when I pull up to a stop light with the AC on and with the car in drive the RPM's will drop to proper idle position at around 500 rpms and then jump up 200 revs. it will then drop back down to 500 and jump up again. with the headlights and dash lights on, you can see the lights fade a little and brighten back up every time also. With the AC off, there are no issues. with the car in park and the AC on, there are no issues. I have checked for vacuum leaks and haven't found any, re-torqued intake manifold bolts to spec with no issues. It is NOT throwing any codes. I even went to check to see if any where stored in the history with no luck- it was clear. I have video of the idle if anyone is curious or if there is a way I can post it besides throwing it up on YouTube with a link. If that's the only way then I can post it that way also.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. 2005 SRT-6 with roughly 16k miles on it.

Thanks.
A.J.

I wanted to install a Killer Chiller but the exact same problem prevented me from doing it. There was a thread back a while ago that determined it was the tune. I don't know if an updated tune fixed the problem for anyone, I just live with it for now......

To be honest, thats not what I wanted to hear, but I'm relieved it's nothing major.

There's got to be something that can be done to fix it though, during the tune, they didn't touch the idle settings at all.
