Anyone out there know where I can find a rear driver side side light? They can fix the damage but no one can come up with a rear side light. I told them to make one with a 3D printer but they aren't willing to do that! Won't pass inspection here in VA and I have a buyer for the car as it was side swiped in front of my home right before he picked it up. Now buyer doesn't want it and I don't know what to do with it. Suggestions please!

Thanks to the guy who sent me the ebay link but yup it was for the passenger side and I need driver's side. If you know of any salvage ones or anyone willing to part with one I would sure appreciate it! Not sure if it was you who sent me a private message but for some reason can't receive it. My e mail is muffinpip@yahoo.com. The body shop is working hard and I spent the entire AM looking but nothing and in VA it will not pass inspection without it. If you know of anyone who wants to buy it (the crossfire) it is in excellent shape otherwise (body fixed and new tires and rims) 20K miles (I am 5'2 and just too small to see over it and didn't feel safe driving it on the interstate to work so only took it out periodically and used my 98 Jeep for work. Had a buyer and in the span of a few hours someone sideswiped it, never left a message or note and that, as they say is, that. I will sell it at a good price. I have pics from before and I know this shop will make it like new save for the side light. I just can't deal with this anymore. Thanks for looking though. It is much appreciated!

I have had one on here in the items for sale forum for over a year.
Click
$30 firm, shipped from Canada as the Post Office rates went up - again.
You'd have a hard time telling this one from a new one, no chips, clip and spring perfect.
PayPal is perfect.

Onehundred80

Is it for the left side rear? If so I will pay whatever you want to have it shipped here 2 day air. Please just let me know. I am desperate as you can tell. I don't know how to use this board very well so didn't find it. Please e mail me at muffinpip@yahoo.com with the details and YES YES YES I want it if it is the right thing.

I replied twice to your email address. Can you do PayPal?

For a PM go to 'User CP' at the top left in the tool bar and go to 'Private Message' in the drop down menu and click on 'Send New Message'.

Want to give a shout out to Onehundred80 for having my coveted part and for taking the time to chat with me and go to the post to find out cost and hopefully for sending it out to me. Also, for taking the time to be patient with me and the payment process and YES dear sir I did remember my password. I have MS and I know my career is going to come to an end one day soon but for now I'm all in and cognitively intact, just dorky when it comes to some computer savvy.

Hey if he sends me that part I will be forever grateful. He is funny though so has a good sense of humor. I usually do but I work long hours and the finding of this part has turned into a nightmare so if he does send it out and I did it correctly with the payment it is a win win for both of us and he can be as cranky as he wants. My skin is very thick as I work with a lot of men who do the same thing as I every day and I can take it LOL!

Yea, Dave's really just a widdy biddy pink bunny wabbit inside a crocodile skin.
He does his best to get my goat at times, but my goat is usually too fast for him.

"if".. you can forget that.. He says it's on it's way..it's on it's way.
Now cross your fingers that Canadian Goose doesn't get side tracked delivering it.. LOL.

Post office isn't just around the corner for me.. but if someone shoots the Goose.. I've got clears to go in mine and could get on the ball with swapping out and get another to you.

So have a cup of coffee and relax.. Can't believe insurance basically said "sux to be you"... LOL.

You guys are just too funny. I am not used to much humor where I work and yes GEICO is not terribly reliable and OMG the girl at the body shop is such an idiot. At the very least try to do your job. Well here's hoping no one shoots the goose as you say and me relax (not in my genre I am afraid) Uber type A with lots of responsibility but thank you guys for all be so wonderful. Here's to getting this poor baby fixed!!

Thanks again for the reassurance as this whole process has been a nightmare and I, for one, think he is a riot! Great sense of humor and so very glad to do business with him. Now for the part to arrive and for those idiots to put it in and to get the car back home.

Do not worry about me, I have bought and sold on eBay and have a record of 366 deals and a 100% record.
Let's hope this part gets there ASAP with no hold ups.

No wonder shipping is expensive, on top of their shipping cost they hit me with a fuel surcharge of $2.37 and a surcharge of $1.50 for using a round shipping tube.
With gas the prices it is these days they should have paid me the $2.37.
Everyone is quick to add fuel surcharges but they never take them off.

Dave I would have gladly paid you more (for your time and gas) as today you are my hero. I wasn't worried as I, too, buy a lot on e bay and have had but one bad experience and it was easily resolved and just think now I know how to send money on paypal! A new skill learned from a very nice guy who saved the day. Nice to know that the US isn't the old crappy place these days. They just doubled my property taxes here and we get NO service for our tax dollars but they sure do pay the higher ups enough LOL. Again my gratitude. You are the best.

Indeed he is! I wish I had known about you guys early on but, in my book, most of you guys and gals are the very BEST! I am proud to be dealing with all of you, most especially Dave.
