I was rear ended while sitting at a read light a few nights ago. Very minor damage but the bumper will need to be replaced. Any ideas what repair cost will be for an 06 base coupe?

The ironic thing is that on the same road I was rear ended in my other car while sitting at a seperate red light...but it was a C900 so no damage to the kevlar bumpers .

If you were rear ended its the guy who rear ended you's problem how much the bumper will cost to replace, or his insurance company.

That is the case but i need to take it to the "estimator" so they can cut me a check to take to the dealer/repair shop. I was hoping to have some kind of idea what it would cost to make sure his insurance company was somewhere in the ballpark with their estimate to help avoid more paperwork.

To me it makes sense for the dealer to do work and then the insurance company to cut them a check, but that is too simple...
