Need some help. When I start my car an Icon ( that I don't recognize ) and numbers show up. After several seconds it goes to showing the miles the car has on it. Thanks in advance.

It is most likely your FSS telling you that you need service. If it is a negative number it is probably reading in days, but may also be reading in miles...

If it is positivve it will 99% of the time be reading in miles...

Time to get your car serviced and reset the FSS

....& be prepared for some frustration - it can be a pain to get squared-away. If you get flustered do a search for FSS reset. There are some handy tips available around here.

Yep, I found the right one, printed it and keep it in my glove compartment.
