Default UK luggage !!!!

Hi Guys I know a few of you in the UK replied to my other topic ,I have received my copy of the Chrysler Magazine Freedom .
In the Mag there is a feature on the Crossfire , in this feature there is a photo of the car , beneath the photo it says quote "With its complementary three piece , custom-designed set of Crossfire styled luggage, the compact coupe is ready to take on any road trip " unquote.
This is in print in there own Magazine !! ,we have them bang to rights , trades discription act and all that .Johnathan Ross is one of the first owners and I am sure he would join in our campain , I will E Mail him.
Could you please let me know if you are interested in getting the FREE luggage.By the way it costs 595 US dollars for a set , and is made by TRG Accessories of St Louis USA Phone 001 888 658 0717.
Lets win this one
Regards
JJ

Half a suggestion there Gordon
going to expand this time?
Or should we go to the dealers and swipe all their present copies.

It would not be wise of me to detail the reasons as I am employed by a Chrysler & Jeep dealer, any owners can find out why by contacting their supplying dealer.

I'm sorry I can't be any more precise & wish you all the best of luck in your crusade.

Hi Guys,
Sorry I have not been around ,I work away a lot.
I have read some of the comments , it seams some have given up before we have started.I guess some people are used to defeat , I am not.
I will be home all over the Christmas period and will keep everyone informed.

Just for information it was not Chrysler that stopped the luggage , it was Chrysler UK the inporter, a different ball game .We just have to persuede them to stck to the word of the Parent Company.
Quentin Wilson writes for the Daily Mirror , and he is always looking for good stories to kick the Manufacturers.
I know he will love this one, show people what they have coming , let them buy the car , then kick them in the teeth .

Anyway , will work on the format and keep you all posted

Regards
JJ

Default Is the glass halff full or half empty????

I'm with you on this one John,
ever the optimst, I am sure if we can get enough pressure going, with the likes of Quentin and Johnathan Ross, we will get the luggage.
Just drop me a line if you need some help or additional mails.
Cheers
Del

Thanks Del,
I may take you up on that, will keep you informed.

Just for information and to prove a point I have another story.
The New Mercedes Clk Cabriolet was released in the UK in August 2003 ,they had the usual bandwagon going on, it was the best this , and the best that , in the literiture it was pictured with 2 tone leather.
I ordered the Elegance model , when it arrived it had single colour ( english spelling ) interior Black .Mercedes said " the Elegance model only comes with one tone leather. The Avantgarde is the model with 2 tone leather. This was black and white in the Literiture ,thats what they said.
If you look in my pictures , on this Forum , you will see the only Elegance CLK Cabriolet in the UK with 2 tone Leather.
Paid for by Mercedes Benz UK , also I got a hand drawn picture of my car by the mercedes artist with an apology. ( I will post a photo of the picture )
I have shortened a long drawn out fight , and many letters that it took ,Manufacturers rely on Joe Public to back down, thats what occures most of the time.
Regards
JJ

Absolutely not...!
I should pick up my Crossfire this coming week, when they get the right one delivered this time...!
DC have sent up a Dark Slate interior when it should have been a 2-tone.
Should have it by the end of the week though.
As soon as I have it, the salesman is going to try and chase up the luggage side of things.
