Question Can anyone ID this part?

I drove over this plastic part when pulling back into the garage this evening. After about an hour of super-glueing whatever scraps I could find lying around I came up with this.

Do any of you folks have an idea of what it might be?

For all I know it might not even be from either of the cars but there isn't anything else around them or overhead 'cept the garage door opener.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

There is a part number stamped inside (031D0380) which, if Googled, comes up with a link to the Hummer forum & according a thread in there it's evidently a taillight cover. I have taken a peek under both bumpers & don't see anything similar.

Did it pop off your garage door opener? It looks like the pulley/sprocket guard.

Cool... 2 minutes to get an answer. And how many minutes did you spend super glueing it back together? lol If you knew it would have been that easy, you could have saved some time with the SG. Good catch FP.

If you flip it upside down it looks like it might make an excellent cup holder. You may want to hold onto that.

What's even funnier is that I was able to snap this busted-up cover over the top of the sprocket & lo & behold, it's still there!
Even better: do the Hummer's really use a sprocket cover on the taillights of their vehicles?? I mean, what are the odds that a sprocket cover AND a taillight cover use the same part number??
