Well I'm about ready to start modifying the car so I am looking for a list of mods that we can get for the xf and the price of each. I have heard of a few things but i would like to see a full list and what they do and the price to compare what is best. Also what single mod will speed the car up the most?

Also does anyone have the tvt 250+? It looks like a good deal to me

I had it, moved up closer to a tvt300 now, good power for the price. But it's all about the intake system you have. I didn't realize this til i got my 3'' full intake from TVT. I'm pushing a good amount of power now, and with my ESP completely disabled I can actually feel and use it to the fullest.

 

So how does it compare to things like the 350z now? And what is your best 0-60 and 1/4 mile time? If you have tested it. I have read that the 0-60 with this is near 5.5 is that true?

 

Is their anyone else that can give me a review of the tvt 250+? Can we keep up with 350z with it?

 

i dont think you have very many options. haha. i have the 265 kit, i have beaten a 350z but some are faster then others. i would definately recommend this kit... really this is as good as it gets for the n/a crowd at the moment so that should make your decision easy.? the only other alternative would be nitrous and not everyone supports this method of performance. however forum member Psuperti has had much luck with it! i would try contacting him if your interested in Nos.

 

Thanks, I am really wanting it, but I don't want to drive to New Jersey where they install it. Is it really a big difference in feel? And is yours auto or manual?

 

And has anyone done any 0-60 tests or 1/4 mile runs with it?

 

After is disabled the ESP my car beat some 350s, but like he said there are some fast ones. I will do a 0-60 tomorrow and post what i get.
