I heard rumor that if you remove the chrysler logo from the fob, there is a Mercedes emblem. Is that true? How do you remove the Chrysler logo? Does it just pop off?

By the way, I read somewhere that Mercedes supplies parts to all of its cars no matter how old. Even the 300 sl. So it looks like we will be ok with the crossfire since I would guess 90+% of the car has SLK parts.

 

I don't think any of us are worried about finding parts for the mercedes side of the engine. The big thing right now is finding body parts like SRT6 front bumbers

 

This is true. You can pry it off, however it's kept with glue, so you might have to scape the glue off.

 

Whats a bumber? and will it make my car go faster in the snow?

oops I meant bumper... a bumber is the new CAI system coming out for the SRT6 and NA Coupe this spring. It effeciently uses electric super chargers and the tornado thing that gets you better gas. Totally bolt on and the electric super chargers run on double A batteries. It's like bolting on 300 extra horses
