Question Winding noise. Stumped.

My issue is a little hard to explain, so bear with me. After letting off the gas and coasting down to about 30 MPH, I get a winding noise (it sounds like RRRRRRR) between 30 down to 0 MPH, but especially between the 20-10 MPH range. The sound is similar in type to the big wheel on the price is right. As it slows down, the noise pulses slower and slower until stopped. I had the girlfriend stand at the end of my (long) driveway, got up some speed and let off the gas, gradually coming to a stop; I heard it but she didnt. The noise is also created mildly when accelerating within the same window. Nothing seems to be loose under the car and the tires arent rubbing or anything like that. I know I havent given you guys alot to work with, but when i have to reference the Big Wheel on on the Price is right, you know I'm struggling to explain.

thanks in advance.

How many miles on your current tires? It sounds like" tire gowl" to me. Do you notice any unusual tread wear on the inside or the outside shoulders of your front tires.

Have you replaced your wheels with others and kept the same lugs? You may have dislodged and parking brake spring causing it to 'price is right' all over your rear end. I only suggest this because I did this....then replaced it under warranty, whoops.

Could be a piece of tree branch or trash stuck up under the car and its rubbing on the drive shaft? Did it start after the wind storm the other night? Could be what it is. Should be easy enough to figure out if you can get the car on a lift. Wish you luck with it, hope to see you in the spring at Burtonsville.
