Default Question - Hide A Way License Plate

i have bought the motorized hide a way License plate from swift. my qestion is i dontkno where to put it, i wanna drill it into the under body plastic like below the fogs but the bracket they give me is not long enough.on you tube i saw an x fire with it mounted on the lower passenger side. i want to do that but i don't want to drill in the bottom of the bumper lip. i was thinking of a way to extent the bracket or something. help please and suggestions thank you.

RIOT has one of these...don't know if it is the particular design, but he has one.....maybe SRT SIX would know as well....might PM them for an opinion...

Out of curiosity, what's wrong with drilling under the bumper?

I don't have a front plate. I wouldn't drill the front of the bumper. I get that. I was just wondering why drilling under the bumper was a concern. Not being critical, just wondering as you won't see the holes.
