Major speaker distortion (video)
This has been driving me crazy. I took the door panel out three different times to see if anything was wrong with the speaker but no. I bought ANOTHER new speaker and replaced it anyway but the same deal so it is not the speaker. Can anybody help me why this is happening and how to fix it?
By the way, you can't really hear how terrible it gets at certain moments of the song by just watching this video. You gotta hear it in person. It is literally terrible. It makes me not wanna listen anything. By the way i do not turn it all the way up. only till 24-25 and the radio maxes out at 30 i think.
here is the video, i hope it gives an idea.
ONLY PASSENGER SIDE IS THIS WAY, OTHERS ARE FINE. i HAVE KENWOOD AFTERMARKET CD PLAYER.

Muscle, I do not mean to be rude here at all, but....
However had your car before you clearly bastardized it quite a bit, between the stereo wiring and the door pulls alone. If I were you, I would connect the speaker right at the back of the head unit to test it. If you are getting good sound here, it is your wiring or speaker. Since you have already replaced the speaker (2x) I would say it is probably wiring. Good luck.

I already spent too much on this crap and i bet you it will cost me 2x times more to get it to normal level.

I am thinking the factory amp might have a problem with the output for that speaker. Test and compare it to the other speaker output. It is worth a try
A friend of mine put in a set of speakers a long time back. One of the speakers sounded horrible. He even took it out and checked it over. It still sounded lousy. He took it out again. Upon closer inspection he found a small washer magnetized to the case. He took it off, put the speaker back in. Problem solved. You would never have thought a little washer could cause such a ruckus, but it did.

You could also trade the speaker from the other side and see if it still does it.
