Can Anyone Help here.

My SSB comes with auto garage door opener, I have tried to programme it as per the book and "NO JOY", has anyone got this working yet and if so, how did you do it, and can I have a breakdown on how you did it, as the book must be wrong.

Harry, follow the books instructions but ensure the key is on. Couldn't program mine until I left my key in the on position, then it programmed fine.

 

Thanks, I have just tried that, but did not work, So tried it with engine running , and hay presto, it worked.

had almost the same post in the technical section this morning.

Same problem with me... But I did not find a single word in the german manual about it... maybe they forgot.

As you now know how it works, could you or someone else post a short instruction?

If you drop me an email to remind me, I will let you have the manafacturers web page, they have full instructions on there, But they alsodont tell you to have the engine running, but just switched on

Maybe dependent on the country of use as my garage door op[ener works on 418mhz
