Default UK dealers hows it going?

So the initial 600 went easily but how are they doing now, its clear that the US dealers are struggling an DC must be considering building more RHD versions. My local dealer can get one for April delivery so not a long wait, has the Clarkson effect hurt?

Looks to me like you and Harry are the only ones out there in blighty m'Lud.
Clarkson's a w....r.
If we all went along with his opinions we'd be queing for a bus until we could afford one of his beloved Ferraris. I think Tiff is a much better automotive reporter - and driver to boot - as I've seen him wipe the floor with Clarkson's self agrandising ar.e a couple of times on the skid pads.
The main problem with shifting Crossfires (not that I want them to shift in huge numbers as I like the exclusivity) is the fact that DC or its importer / distributors do not advertise the product - any product for that matter.
Cheerio

My crossfire arrives in April. The only one for sale is the demo that has been on the road for 3 months. Dealer said he will most likly sell for list.

He said he may give a 1000.00 off if there was money to made eleswhere. Like a two car deal or got a tradein for most cheapness.

Hi L/P

In answer to your question we as a dealer are still keeping our head above water, the interest in the car has slowed slightly - but not to the point of concern. Still amazed by the amount of customers that are unaware of the car's existence, but DCUK have there finger on the pulse to right the situation.

Advert's on TV & for dealer's to promote will be very evident in the next month, it is by no mean's a panic move - but simply to create an awareness that doesn't appear to exist.

No real unsold stock at dealer's with pipeline car's under steady sold order flow, roadster on it's way earlier than anticipated, but a good move to 'kick start' the coupe's again.

No news on SRT6, 1 new colour for 2005 MY with a factory orderable GPS - will also be available as a DFA.
