Default 5Zigen 18" All Around

My buddy has a set of 5Zigen 18" on his car and found a new set of rims with tires on and asked if I wanted to buy them off of him. Is anyone else running on these rims or has any tire suggestions.

I haven't taken the rims off of his car and tried putting them on my car to see if they fit yet, but I thought I'd see what everyone thought. Or, should I stick with the stagger and the stock rims? I do need tires right now and I don't know if I should just get my stock rims some new tires or get the 18's.

Suggestions?

As far as I know, there are no 5-Zigen wheels with a 112 bolt pattern. How do you plan on mounting these?
