Default Drivers seat Weggie?

As I keep looking for the right Crossfire to purchase, I keep noticing that most all of the photos online show that it looks as if the driver seat is puckered upward in the center of the lower cushion. Almost as if the driver has been driving with a puckered up leather "Seat Weggie"
Is the leather that thin and gives that much? Or is it that the thrill of the drive tends to make ones Ah, well how do I say this nicely....result in bottom pucker?

Welcome to the forum, lots of info here. The limited seat cushions have leather bolsters, and vinyl cushion inserts......I believe thats what you are referring to as "puckered". From my experience this appears to be very common.

I wasn't aware that the cushion insert was vinyl, I thought it was all leather. I guess that explains the ability of the cushion insert to stretch.

I would say that any puckers in the seat area are the result of driving beyond your capabilities.

I’ve not noticed this phenomenon, and I have a rather healthy backside. I use commercial leather dressing on the leather parts and Armor All on the rest of it. This is on a 2006 coupe.

We are a two Crossfire family, both 2008 coupes with different colored seats. The cars have roughly 5000 miles on each, one just over and the other just under.

I must agree with 180! The cause for the puckering/wedgie must be overdriving your capability as neither of our cars have this dread disease.

Slow down, you'll live longer and all it will cost you is a slight loss of excitement!

To keep my seat healthy my mother used to use talcum powder. I shudder to think what a leather dressing and Armor All would do to it.

Try this=== Relieve the friction of monkey butt and painful butt rash, when you ride, sweat and sit. | Anti Monkey Butt Powder

Maybe, this should be a stickey!
