Default Crossfire Wave

So after trading in my old but loved 95' Sahara, I was wondering if ya'll wave at each other, as is custom in a Jeep? I think it's only fitting as one doesn't see a XFire often. By the way, one day off the lot and I've already had 5 people compliment on it in parking lots and at stop lights, is this to common?

Congratulations and welcome to the club! :-) You bet you'll get more of it! Practice more on the wave and the smile :-)

Agreed, if I ever see another Crossfire I will not only wave, but flash my lights and traffic permitting do a handstand or two.

I'm old enough to remember when every Sports Car driver waved at each other. Real sports cars that is - English, German, and Italian - maybe the occasional Corvette (I have owned three) and Volvo P-1800's.

I waved the other day when I saw a crossfire... the guy gave me a weird look... and then I realized I was driving my Jeep. I guess I was just amazed that I actually saw another crossfire besides my own and forgot what I was driving.

Us Jeepers always wave, well us that drive the lifted ones covered in mud atleast, not the soccer mom's driving their grocery getter Jeeps.

My first day owning my Crossfire, a white Xfire pulled along side of me in the turn lane... He pulled a little farther up because I was behind 2 cars so I wasnt able to speak to him... So I tapped the horn and gave him a good squeel when the light hit green and cars were outta my way! .... There is no doubt I keep my eye open for other Xfires while im on the road but I've only seen that one...

I swear the Chrysler Crossfire is like Bigfoot... no one sees it ... but people talk as if it does exist! lol
