Transmission Issue Dilemma...
so in my last thread on Fri of last week I started to experience my car starting to jerk when in 2nd gear. When cruising at low speeds it still jerks multiple times. I am the 2nd owner of the car. Had it for 4 months and I feel like this car has giving me so many issues I havent been able to enjoy the car.
When I come to a stop the car and it goes through 2nd gear it sounds like I am running over speed bumps. I am freaked out. The car had the original battery of 6 years, so I went to change it today. Still having the same issues.
I went to a local transmission shop and they are going to put it on the rack tomorrow and see whats going on. My only guesses is that its low on transmission fluid or the transmission is jacked. I really hope its nothing major, but who knows. Car has 84K miles.
I cant imagine it being the transmission itself because their is no leaks or check engine light. Just happened out of the blue. Has anyone experienced this same issue and knows of a fixed solution?
Any help is appreciated.

Yes, I am getting clanks, clunks, and knocks out of the blue! I really hope its just fluid and nothing major!! When I start the car it makes clanking, if I push in the clutch it goes away. There's also a serious of the noises when going in and out of changing gears intermittently.

Did you have the transmission fluid changed at 60k miles? That could be part of your problem but it sounds a little more serious to me. Your doing the right thing by having someone check it out. Crossfire's are known to have a clunky 1st or 2nd gear. I have an automatic and sometime my first gear can shift a little hard but it's not like how you described it. For me the car jerks a little like the car is having a hard time shifting.
