Here we go again. I don't have a dog in this hunt, never been wronged by TVT or anybody else for that matter. All I would ask is that we don't let this issue fester or even rage on with accusations, counters, etc.

Could you or your brother please just get with one of the moderators and if it can't be worked out, not turn this into a challenge of wills with different names etc...again please.

 

You can no longer become a sponsor, the paypal fees get rejected. This is why there are a lot of new people touting parts (check the suspension section for BBK) and not a sponsor.

My brother has spoken to the moderators and has had his lawyer send letters to both the moderators and Julian. The reponse was that they don't find him at fault for fraud or ripping any one off, but now he is banned for having multiple screen names (stallion8797 and tvt_design). He realizes it is a losing battle, so stopped pushing the issue.

For all those going to Carlisle we will be there. Well I might not be since I work FT at Johnson and Johsnon now (awesome job!), but he will be.

He just wanted me to let the community know that we are still around and are here to answer any question syou may have. If it is a technical question about the car, please don't ask me as I have no idea, forward that to my bro. He's on MBworld.org, slkworld, and benzworld quite frquently. His semester just ended so he has some more free time to answer calls or emails.

 

everyone here knows were tony is. i post to him on the other forums frequently. it just comes across as cheap and underhanded to have you do his posting. its one of the reasons things got out of hand in the first place.

 

The reason things got out of hand were because of people like you. People that had zero details but felt that they had to voice some fabricated opinion. After the lawyer was involved it was admitted that the other screen names had zero link to my brother. I will not go into details as this is not the place, if you want to know contact him directly. So please before you go off pretending like you know what you are talking about at least get some info.

The sad thing is that my brother gave you quite a good deal when he was on here and this is the thanks. So pathetic.

I came on here to offer the local owners a discounted place to bring their car for service by a shop that has a lot of experience with the car. I'm not going to be pushing any products because I don't really know much about them and I don't have enough time to do that.

 

well, it does come across as sort of underhanded, but only if Tony was at fault

if Tony didn't do anything wrong, the mods just wrecked a good portion of his business for no reason

if they won't let Tony back on, but will let his brother (maybe because of the legal issues), then that is sort of their compromise but it doesn't help the loss in sales that he's had

No body ever appreciates what a person has done as much as they look for something wrong with the person. Appreciation lasts probably 3 months (putting a number out there) and when you find something wrong, how long does that last? years? decades? All because this is based on a Judeo-Christian society, once you break a rule no coming back. Just like Adam and Eve in Genesis. Forgive the dam guy and move on. How is he going to prove he is any different then what happened or didn't happen if you don't give him a chance? Tell me. I don't want to answer the question my self.

welcome to the forum, Vinnie! I am actually talking to your brother right now about getting some parts installed, and having you detail the car on the same day. I will report back to the forum once I've been down to see TVT, and let everybody know how it went.

 

Where did the religious reference come from??? Appears to me you are a source of your own dillusion, and it is comments like that which can start a problem that will end with a result like the one discussed in this thread. Luckily in this "Judeo-Christian" society, you don't get you tongue cut out for blasphemy like in some "other" cultures.

A delusion is far from what I came from. That was just something I wanted to state that compared to what is going on with TVT. His story and the genesis story. We as a forum is god, and TVT in this case would be Adam or Eve, which ever you prefer. That's all. Judeo-Christian society has nothing to do with what I'm able to say on this forum. That is freedom of expression. That is universally a human right. We can discuss this off this thread, because I'll go a lot deeper then what you can probably comprehend.
