ctd-germany.com.....will they process orders from the US?

i am interested in the clear front side markers listed on the website.

has anyone ordered anything from them (germany based co.) in the US?

I'm VERY interested in a retractable cover for the boot, but I'm worried about how much it'd cost for shipping to USA. I emailed them several weeks ago to ask about when it would be available and ~ shipping charge, no response. Any vendor selling stuff on the web that doesn't answer emails I'd be leary of doing any purchase.
