My Own Version of Slasher Stripes
I had some spare vinyls left over from when I did the racing stripes on the Miata so I decided to do my own slasher stripes. All I did was cut out the stripes to 1 3/4" and added the pinstripes to the outside and middle to set it off. What do you guys think?
thanks! i know it's not perfect but each piece is done by hand. took me about 2 hours to do it. including figuring out a good size to make the stripes and several mock up pieces. hardest part was getting a good angel for the stripes on both sides of the car. i ordered the limited decals off the cicci website and plan to add that with the stripes when they arrive.

If I get the Alabaster White, I want to go hard in black with chrome tipped rims.

Cody, the basics are nice and add some eye candy to your car, however, put the finishing touches on it. Get yourself a straight edge and a new single edge blade and trim the tops of those stripes, right there at the frist body crease.

Cody, I like the stripes and the fact that you made them yourself
, and would like to do the same for my roadster. But in your first post you said the were cut at 1 3/4". I don't understand that measurement because they look wider then that? Could you help by clarifying the width of the stripes. Thanks.
nah they are not big at all. i meant they where 1 3/4" wide. the length you can judge for yourself. i just went down as far as you can actually see standing up. i didn't cover all the way under the plastic
