Default Carlisle Help!

Well, I ran into a problem going to Carlisle this year. My roommate (who reserved the hotel room) has a family emergency, and probably can't attend. The problem, is I need to be real flexible, because he might be able to attend, but won't know until the last minute.

So anyone that's going to Carlisle that has room for one more, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Please drop me a PM if you can.

Thanks!!

glad you are covered, that makes me feel better...hate to skip out on you...therapy was great this morning...so she will be transfered closer to home, to where I work part-time...and we can now make our decision sometime late tonight on whether I can come or not. She is out of danger, stable and all that, just need to get paperwork out of the way...family will invade over the weekend, so it isn't like she would be alone, in fact, I go hide when this happens...and Carlisle would be just far enough...thanks for all the prayers out there, they have worked...thanks Gary...not 100% whether we will come, but it is looking up

I have no idea what happened, but both Molly and I are thinking positive thoughts and prayers. Hope everyone is alright.

I wish.

Had to miss CAA because of a project at work, and I was just explaining to Tom in another thread why I can not make Carlisle. For me, it would be a ~10 hour drive, a 10-15 hour detail, take first place in my coupe division and have to drive another 10 hours home LOL. Once I can get some more time off work, I will make it down, I hear it is a hell of a party.

Also, I prefer some driving. You gonna be at the Dragon, Matt??

Not sure yet, I was talking with Rudy last night and tell him the same thing. I want to make it down, and hopefully the timing will work out. Unfortunately I have a feeling it will be very close to when I will be making a move to a different city for a new position within my company... So just not sure if it will work out... Still holding out optimism.

10-15 hour detail? Eeek, yeah I mean I am going to wash the car...but am not too overly concerned with taking any place in the show. Just there to have a good time with some friends. You are a crazy mf'er.

I spend between 5-10 hours on her in a normal week with washings, waxings, and tinkering.

I did not put all the time and money into my car to let her sit there with dirt on her face. She is almost always impecably clean - and I am a crazy mf'er LOL

When I post pics, it isn't because I go clean the car and take it right to the picture spot. I keep it clean all the time, so when I am driving around and see somewhere neat to take some shots, I grab the camera

Hope you can make it to the Dragon, I almost got sick when I heard Rudy bout to sell the 6....

You make me sound like a terrible person... Luckily my money is all in the engine hahaha. I keep her clean, but just don't have the time to wax her all the time...like I used to with my N/A. Wish I did...guess I'll have to re-prioritize soon.

Hopefully, I'm sending him some goodies that have convinced him to keep his beauty.
