That's not Italian, nor is it Polish (as the poster of the video guesses), but it's close. Something from that part of Europe - Lithuanian maybe.
The funny thing is, he keeps calling the XFire "American" - seemingly ignoring it's actually a Mercedes, but I'm not sure.
