Five Star wake up call
Anybody remember my rant a week or two ago? I got the "follow up" survey on my (non) radio repair and conveyed my unhappiness despite the caller's repeated attempts to make me say I was satisfied. Lo and behold, I get home last night and have a message from my service advisor that my radio is "back in stock" and they have the "necessary tools" to get the job done in an "hour or less". The service advisor was terse and to the point, no more buddy buddy stuff. Sounds like they don't like Five Star honesty around there.
