Default Car stopped

Okay well I'm new to the forums.. I've tried searching this answer. I just did an oil change and got a new air and fuel filters...

My car all of a sudden slowed down, all the lights came on. When I pushed the pedal it wouldn't accelerate. I also tried turning the wheel and that was hard to do as well. After I turn it off and back on again it runs fine. This has happend 3 times on my 2005 crossfire, i have no clue what it is and afraid of getting ripped off like i have in the past. Any suggestions on what problem might be??

Thanks in advance!!

Could be several different things, but has this just started happening since you did all this work ???? and if so I would look around to make sure you did not break some thing, or loosened a connector, or pinching a vac line, any thing that might of happened accidently and related to the area's you were working around, give us some more info, and go from there.

I've been getting the same stuff happening with my car. I went like 2 weeks without anything and last night it just died again I can totally tell now when it wants to die, the car will idle funny or jump a bit when you don't have your foot on the accelerator. As soon as I got to the light though it went dead on me, thankfully this time it started back up. Looks like while I winterize this pup it's getting a CPS replacement and double checking the RCM for solder troubles as well.

Uh oh! Just noticed that my roadster started to stumble a bit on takeoff.
Gonna keep the spare CPS and necessary tools in the car for now.

Well while driving my car the other day the CEL came on with about 20k miles and it was p0335 the CPS sensor, cleared the code and all was good but went ahead anyway and bought 2 Bosch CPS sensors , and installed the new one on Monday and so far no problems or CEL, and I will have a spare, kind of like the old Mopars alway's carry a spare ballast resistor in the glove box. When this happened I did not have any problems to as how the car ran, it was running perfect, and only happened once. Thank you folks on all the post regarding the CPS issue, also was a very easy install less than 15 minutes.

For those needing/wanting a CPS Advanced Auto Parts has the CPS for $57.99 + shipping, -$20 with code A123 (limited time). So $46.65 shipped to my door.
Check out the special discounts.
