The loss of power to the wheels on our cars.
old things shouldnt be left to die! if thats the case half the crossfire owners would be dead and the market for the crossfire would suddnly plumet allowing me to pick these puppies up for pennies on the dollar . dont do that to me guys! haha
p.s i bought my crossfire from an old guy lol
p.s i bought my crossfire from an old guy lol
That has already happened, it is the reason so many young, inexperienced shade tree customizers have gotten their hands on the cars within the last few years...
59 going on 19.....and a little short tempered lately.....and .......we will leave at that.... And, I did cut the kid some slack, but I would buy an old 94 viper if I found a good one at a great price....
Correction to that sentence.
"you're as young as the woman you feel"
"you're as young as the woman you feel"
AMEN to that! were all pretty young here in spirit. and the viper is a hands down choice honestly , although im sure that car is constantly trying to kill you, like my crossfire
Off subject, but all of this Viper talk makes me think of a great time in my life. The Viper just came out...I believe 1991??? I was maybe 17 yrs old and I had a 78 Trans Am w/ a heavily modified 455 and a 4 speed standard transmission. I just finished with the engine build and break-in and decided to go to the local track to see how the car was going to run. The engine made TONS of power(more than the Viper), but the car no NO traction(like the Viper, lol). What did they line me up against??? Yep, a new Viper, the first I or anyone there, likely, had ever seen. I was sure I was done, but by the end of the quarter, I had beaten that shiny, new, uber-expensive Viper by right at a second! Sorry I don't remember the exact time. The feeling of "my car that I built with around $15K just smoked the car that you just bought for around $100K." The look on the guy's face was priceless!!! That was such a fun car, but I do not miss getting 2-3 mpg at all! That is definately a car that I wish I could have back. 10.70s on street tires at 137mph...no traction takeoff, but she was coming on hard at the top end. Good times!!! Sorry for my rambling. I tend to do it sometimes anymore, haha
