I tried Wallmart's West Marine, and a couple more. This one is on the forum and I ordered it and it is perfect. You have to saw some of the bottom extension off but it snugs up perfectly, best aftermarket item I have ever purchased.
Measure twice and cut once.

I spent about a buck... went to a truckstop, got one of those 'over the door-stick in the window groove' cupholders....straightened out the 'bend-over- part and shove that now straightened part up into the side of the console from under, and the bottom of the 'cup' now sits on the floorboard, right next to the seat, just out of your way. Works beautifully actually. Not all solutions have to be complicated or expensive !

Folding Cup Holder - Interior Accessories - Car Accessories - Griot's Garage

The link is to Griots Garage. Haven't bought it yet but likely will. Looks to be the best one I've seen, with quality and functionality and decent placement options.
