Default Interior trim aftermarket?

Somewhere someone had a link to a site with chromed HVAC ***** but I couldn't locate the thread. Any help?

I don't mind the silver trim, but the finish on the ***** and buttons lack the laquered finish of their surrounding trim. I'm hoping to find something more durable.
