car prices are still droping ???
Cars are now 4-6 years old and many are well over 50k miles, so lower prices are normal. Also, two seater sports cars don't sell well in the winter. Cars are not really investments (unless you own that original Shelby GT500 convertible), so don't expect any appreciation as they age.

I own three crossies. One I paid $27K with the extended warranty. the other two I stole. All give me the same kick when I drive them. All are worth every penny I paid.
That said,
There is a good way to make a small fortune in the sport car business.
Start with a large one.

I guess if you're a car flipper this may bother you. I usually drive a car until it's worthless. I got a $51,380 low production super charged Mercedes disguised as a Chrysler convertible for $27,500. What it is worth now is of no concern to me. As for you other guys who paid sticker, well, I can see why you're a little perplexed but you still drive a very cool car and get the added benefit of a cool forum. It's like a custom Benz for god's sake, if others don't appreciate it, well, I feel sorry for them.

I may not be alive when all this speculation occurs, but I don't think it's out of the question.

This was about car prices not the political forum.
in my area (central calif.), there's been a slight uptick in crossfire prices over the past 6-8 months. i've said it few times and there's plenty of naysayers here (too bad), the srt-6 WILL increase in value if kept in mint/low mileage condition. it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they double from today's prices in 10 years.
