That depends - how often would you drive with the top down? I would imagine there is more wind noise with a rag top - I know my boss's bmw sure is noisy with his top up.

Personally, I like the coupe. But I do like the blue color on the roadster!!!

That is a decision only you can make. Personally, I like the look and feel of the coupe.

But I also live in Ohio, where the weather sucks 6 months of the year........

But I am glad it is getting resolved for you!!!

I'm very happy about the possible near solution...

here in california the weather is always begging for the top down.

I think the AZ weather has cooked your brain!!!!!

It was sunny and 78 here last weekend. 8)

I always open my pool the first week of May and close it the second week of October. The snow tires go on the first part of November.

OK, it SUCKS for 4 months, sucks for 4 months and is pretty good for 4 months.....

On the other hand - what in the world does he mean about opening and closing his pool   Swimming year round is all I can imagine ! 8) 8)

And...what in the heck are snow tires????

Robby, I loved having a convertible in So Cal, but only during WINTER! Unless you really love the sun, people don't realize how hot it gets sitting in traffic with the top down in summer, especially with car exhaust and the only views are of concrete. If I lived up north, I'd definitely get the convertible to enjoy beautiful greenery views and milder weather, but down here, and considering the coupe's better styling, I'd vote for the coupe any day. Just my two cents...

I still haven't heard anything from chrysler... so hopefully they're still trying to get the final amount approved.

Can't complain here in the Ohio valley. I also own a Sebring convertible and there have been days in December and January when it was warm enough for the top down! I'm talking temps in the 60's! Snow never sticks for long either. In general I get alot of driving with the top down.

Since you purchased your car, I would take the refund. I love my crossfire, dont get me wrong, but if I were handed a check I would try something new. Maybe a G 35 coupe for example. The crossfire is sweet, but in metro Detroit there are tons of them and Im not feeling the same as I did when there werent any around. I pulled up to a red light the other day right next to another graphite w/ cedar interior and it really pissed me off!!

robby, dump the crossfire and find yourself a different car, I say this because if you do happen to have a lot of problems with the replacement where will that leave you??

I had one that was OK but was not without its problems. Not every Xfire owner post on this board. I know several other Xfire owners that have gone through similar issues as you, also know some owners that absolutely love the crossfire.

Another thought is the inadequate service Chrysler seems to have for this car. It seems that every problem that comes up is a guessing game for the service department, not to mention long term maintenance cost on this car.
