Default Max Care Warranty

I emailed my local Chrysler dealer for rates on a Max Care Warranty. The prices he gave me seemed a bit high compared to what other Crossfire members have posted. Read below and let me know your thoughts/suggestions. Thanks.

All pre-owned Maximum Care plans require a vehicle inspection before purchasing. The plan starts from the date of purchase.Maximum care 2yr/unlimited miles $1700 plus tax ($100 ded)
Maximum care 3yr/unlimited miles $2310 plus tax ($100 ded)
Maximum care 5yr/70,000 miles $3045 plus tax ($100 ded)

I also have available Interstate Diamond service contract coverage with engine 4-life. The plan would start from the in service date October 3, 2006.
8yr/80,000 $1755 plus tax ($100 ded) (No inspection needed)

These rates are negotiable just like the price on a car. You certainly can counter-offer and get a better deal.

I bought my 7yr/50k warranty for $1175 with no inspection about a month ago.

Lifetime with unlimited mileage $1850 (lifetime, until the car is worth less than the repair bill )

Just bought a Max Care warranty from the Michael Case guy that everyone here seems to use. It was either a 6 or 7 year/70,000 miles, $0 deductible for about $1700. Keep in mind, I have a '07 coupe that at the time had just under 36,000 miles. There was no inspection.

Can you please give me his contact info? The pricing I received from the local dealer is too high. I have an '06 with 29k miles.

Several crossfire members recommended Mike Case for the Chrysler Max Care Warranty. I bought Mike's warranty for my 05 Xfire convertible. It was 5 year, 70,000 mile warranty with $200 deductible for $2175. I think I got screwed.

Might have been higher at that time. I think Chrysler is just happy to make some money these days.

Buffalo, the contact info can be found here: https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...tml#post478597
