I used to try to go back to american cars about every ten and ended up with junk each time. I am done wasting my money on Amercian cars. One thing I would like to point out is that Ford has never tried to make their other cars look like a Mustang and Chevy doesn't try to make all their cars look like a Corvette (except maybe the Opel GT) but Chrysler uses the front end of the Crossfire to style Sebrings and a few other pieces of junk. No wonder we have no resale value. Leave it to Detroit to screw things up. Most other brands do a much better job protecting the value of their brands than Detriot does.

As of now, it's concept only.

Be on the lookout for certain design cues to show up in future Infinitis... That's all I can say about that.

I love the two-tone spaces dividing passenger and driver. Very classy. Wheels are too Mazda...Lip spoiler too..eh. Trivial nitpicks on an overall BEAUTIFUL car.

Frankly the cars coming from Detroit were for the mass market and this is not a mass market car. The cars from Detroit had to be have large sales, nothing wrong with that but what we got was not inspired.
The thing is, a car that looks like that doesn't have to cost a ton of money. It costs just as much to bend sheetmetal into boring shapes as it does to bend it into something more exciting.

John, my friend and I have been saying the same thing for years.
Personally, if they built a replica of a mid 60's XK-E "coupe" on a S2K chassis, I'd buy one tomorrow.
But then, that's just me.

Beautiful car! I've driven quite a few Nissan products over the years and I sure would look at this. Of course Mike you couldn't have brought this up a few weeks ago!!!

You can only bend and stretch metal so far. Then you have to break it down into smaller pieces and join them and that makes it cost more, that is one reason why plastic is used so often these days. Another reason for plastic is weight savings of course.
