Default bad press/opinion on our crossfire via car connection letter

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

I don't want to be rude in this email, but I have driven Crossfire coupe and it is absolutely terrible. Styling looks like a dog arching and doing a number two, the steering wheel is too big, the interior plastics feel cheap, it's small for anyone over 5'8", the suspension is way too soft and is all over the place on hairpins and other tight corners. Hell, it's not that good of a cruiser either. The engine does not sound like it's excited to do anything. On top of that the automatic transmission is terrible! Compare that to Nissan 350Z or even better a Mazda RX-8, why would you want a Crossfire? Reviews like these lead me to believe that American automotive press is clueless as to how review cars.

sounds like they watched top gear, doubt they drove the car and came up with the exact same thing as top gear, the bit about the dog gives it away

And the thing about poor handling? I don't think so. The Crossfire is a great handling car.

Clarkston says dog craping. Billboards say "REAR OF THE YEAR".

The public (in scotland at least) love the car but, the UK car reporters hate it.

Who's right who's wrong.

I like the car, everything about it and at the end of the day If I am happy f*%k the rest.

Even morons are entitled to their opinions. With editors like that running a magazine nothing they say will be taken seriously. It sounds like a toddler writing an article. Every car has it's good points and bad, however to say a car such as the crossfire doesn't handle good is someone that is cluecless.

The point of reviewers is to find someone that likes the same things you like and then trust his or her opinion on products you're interested. A single reviewer isn't supposed to tell everyone everywhere exactly what they should or should not like. That's not the point of a reviewer. Reviewers are not gods, we shouldn't make them as important as we are making them.
