all on mod
I performed this mod on my silverado,its bright lights low beams and fogs on at the same time great help for night driving on dark road,I havent been able to locate the headlight relay to perform this mod on my crossfire this car has to has lighting relays.
you could do the fogs with a 3 pole relay, nc for normal operation, then wire 12v to the no and drive the relay with either the low beam 12v, or the high beam 12v.
( wire the fogs to the common, the normal fog 12v to the nc, and fused 12v to the no. )

Alternative ( though never tried that I am aware of ) :
diode capable of 30 amps :
Ilumination Control Module ( light switch ) connector 'B'
B3 -------->|----- B21
( negative side to b3, positive side to b21 )
I AM NOT SURE THAT FUSE 8 AT 15 AMPS WILL HANDLE THE LOAD OF ONE LOW BEAM AND 2 FOG LIGHTS.

To pass the Ontario Safety check the front lights have to be on all the time the car is running.
Imported US cars do not have this feature, we can buy a gizmo that fixes that problem for $50 I think.
Crossfires sold in Canada have an Illumination Control Module (light switch) that turns on all the lights when the engine runs, only the high beam does not work, although you can still flash them.
