Alternative ( though never tried that I am aware of ) :
diode capable of 30 amps :
Ilumination Control Module ( light switch ) connector 'B'
B3 -------->|----- B21
( negative side to b3, positive side to b21 )
I AM NOT SURE THAT FUSE 8 AT 15 AMPS WILL HANDLE THE LOAD OF ONE LOW BEAM AND 2 FOG LIGHTS.

To pass the Ontario Safety check the front lights have to be on all the time the car is running.
Imported US cars do not have this feature, we can buy a gizmo that fixes that problem for $50 I think.
Crossfires sold in Canada have an Illumination Control Module (light switch) that turns on all the lights when the engine runs, only the high beam does not work, although you can still flash them.
