I have the option of either getting Vertical Doors on my Crossfire which is in the price range between 2000-3000 total or getting a brand new sound system which is Dual-12inch subs, 6.5speakers new tweeters, 2amps, and headboard for a price at 4250. I'd would like to see what the Crossfire community perfers.

 

For what you listed you can get those components for much less $$$ than you posted. Much better than doors up in the air flapping in the wind Save those kits for civics...

Be brave enough to make a decision on your own when it involves so much money You could really make your car stand out without lambo doors, a stereo would be a better investment IMO. Go to any car show and you'll see lambo doors...nice but realistically its another "me-too" mod that requires no vision or creativity on the owners part.

Your two options are probably the last two things I would spend money on.

 

That's a lot more money than I would spend on either of those two options.

 

Keep in mind its not just what the Crossfire community thinks, when it comes to two twelve inch subs I think the more important question is what would the community in which you live in want you to choose. Just Thinking,,,,, Boom Box violations in Orlando. $114.00

 

Well The sound system is Jl audio and a custom box which will take up the whole entire trunk of my crossfire

Sell your current crossfire and put the additional money towards an SRT6!!

 

While the doors are cool and I'm not putting down anyone that bought them, I just think they are too Italian. They are associated with Lambos like the LED running lights are associated with Audi. Crossfires are pretty unique and my 2 cents says to keep it unique. I'd go for the sound system.

 

Excessive noise fine in Sumter SC is $479.00, told to me by a sheriff's deputy! I think it should be $1000.00, (and) removal of the stereo with a dull axe!

The doors are not cool, they're dorky looking. Is it really worth 3 grand for a sound system? Not in my opinion.
I liked the idea of upgrading to an SRT if you've got that much money to burn.
