XF725, I have tried to be nice about this, but...

You need to read up on the basics, like I did, and then ask a series of questions supporting what you already know, but when you ask, 'what are spring pads?' it just shows you want someone to feed you all the answers and not have to do any work. I have suggested you look through the other threads about this in the numerous PMs I have answered, apparently my advise is no good, so I will stop offering it. Good luck, but I am done spoon feeding....
