Correct me if I am wrong... The only cars I know that had auto spoilers were various Porsche models, bentley and that bugatti. Then the crossfire came out with a pop up spoiler. I was driving yesterday and was behind a Audi tt and noticed they now have pop up spoilers. It must go up at a higher speed because it went down while he was cruising at around 50-60 mph. Something I wish the crossfire did. I always felt the spoiler should go up around 70 mph or more. Not 65.

 

The guy that bought my generator has a Mitsubishi 3000 and it has a pop up spoiler... that surprised me..

 

Turbo VW Beetles had a pop up spoiler just above the rear window. Can't remember at what speed it came up on it's own.

Mike I forgot all about the 3000 GT having the "Active Aero" spoiler, and I even had one. But mine wasn't a VR-4.

The VW corrado has a motorized spoiler---the deployment speed differed based on whether the car was a G60 or VR6.

 

I saw a commercial for some motor oil that "self cleans" the engine. In that commercial it shows a car "self deploying" an active spoiler and it appears to be a TT to me. I am not familar with them.
