for the shop to get the Synchronizer parts for the 1st gear popping out of gear problem?

If a TECH is "PROWLER" Certified does it mean he's also qualified to work on the Crossfire??

I don't know about the parts, but the tech that worked on my car said he had to go to special training to be able to work on Crossfires. I am pretty sure he said it was a two day course.

 

Mine got them the same day.... I think (not sure) that they did a trade out with another dealer. Anyway, I took it in on Thursday morning and the car was done Friday evening. If they have the parts on hand when you take it in they should be able to finish the same day.

 

I have not had any problems getting the syncro kit, but that doesnt mean that mother mopar has not b/o it! And no prowler cert has nothing to do with crossfire training.It is a specific class and really needs to be completed before touchung one of these cars.There is nothing similar between this car and previous mopars with the exception of the new lx cars.

 

Two entirely different training programs.... Better check it out. The Prowler training is for the Prowler "only"... the Crossfire's a whole different can of worms!
